This image is an example of room lighting. Two or three flash units can light up a huge hotel ballroom.

The flashes are controlled by radio from the camera.

We like the results because they have better color, more dimensionality. Room Lighting tells us WHO and WHERE, as you can see in this example.

Also, Room Lighting produces sharper images, because the flash freezes movement, especially camera shake, which is amplified when a longer (tele-photo) lens is used.
